Common questions
When does 7GO open?
7GO launches in [[CITY]] first, then expands across the state. Add your email above and you will hear the day it opens.
What can I order?
Whatever the stores near you list — convenience items, groceries, restaurant food, bakery, pet and baby supplies, and everyday household goods.
How do I pay?
By card in the app, handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach 7GO. Cash on delivery is available where the store allows it.
What if an item is out of stock?
You choose what happens for each item before you pay: replace it with something similar, refund that item, or message you first. Refunds go back to your card automatically.
Do I need to download an app?
No. 7GO runs in your browser and installs to your home screen from the website. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Can I track my driver?
Yes, on a live map once your order is picked up. If your driver is navigating in Maps the position pauses, so 7GO shows their last known location and the time it was recorded.
