What you need

  • A vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition — car, van, motorcycle or bicycle
  • A valid driver's license for that vehicle
  • Current registration and insurance for that vehicle
  • A smartphone
  • Completed 7GO verification
  • A W-9 for tax reporting

Delivering by bicycle

  • Photo ID instead of vehicle registration and insurance
  • Everything else on the list above still applies

How you are paid

You drive as an independent contractor, not a 7GO employee. You set your own schedule and use your own vehicle.

Pay is settled weekly. 7GO does not withhold taxes from what you earn, so setting money aside for taxes is on you.

If you earn $600 or more from 7GO in a calendar year, 7GO sends you a 1099-NEC form for your tax return. That is why the W-9 is collected when you sign up.

Before you apply

Do I need to own my vehicle?

Yes. 7GO does not provide vehicles. Bring your own car, van, motorcycle or bicycle.

Can I deliver on a bicycle?

Yes. Bicycle riders upload a photo ID instead of vehicle registration and insurance.

How do I know what a job pays?

Every job shows the store, the drop-off area, the distance and the pay before you accept it. The customer's full address and phone number appear only once the job is yours.

Will I be left waiting at the store?

Jobs are offered timed to each store's preparation time, so you arrive close to when the order is ready. If it is not ready, you can report it from the app.

When and how do I get paid?

Weekly, as an independent contractor. If you earn $600 or more in a year, 7GO files a 1099-NEC for you.

Is 7GO on the App Store?

There is nothing to download. 7GO installs to your home screen straight from your phone's browser.
