What can I send with 7GO Courier?

Parcels, documents, food, groceries, pharmacy items, retail purchases and business deliveries, up to about 50 lbs. Choose the delivery type and package size when you book.

How is the price calculated?

Your price is based on the delivery distance and the package size. You see the full price before you confirm.

Can a driver collect a purchase from a store?

Yes, as long as the items are already paid for. Drivers collect and deliver. They do not pay for goods at the counter.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Follow your driver on a live map from pickup to drop-off, with a notification at every step.

Can I contact my driver?

Yes. Message your driver in the app at any point during the delivery.

How do I know my item was delivered?

Your driver takes a photo at drop-off as proof of delivery. It is attached to your order.

How do I pay?

By card when you book. Cash is not accepted.
