How do I create an account?
Open the 7GO app and sign up with your email address. One account covers 7GO Eats and 7GO Courier.
Do I need to download an app?
No download is needed. 7GO runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen on iPhone and Android for one-tap access.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments only, for both food orders and courier deliveries. Cash is not accepted.
Where can I see my past orders?
Sign in and open Orders to see every food order and delivery with its status.
Something went wrong with my order. What do I do?
Open the order and select Report a Problem. Describe the issue and add a photo if it helps. The 7GO team reviews every report, and where a refund applies it is returned to your original payment method.
Where does 7GO deliver?
Enter your address in the app. The restaurants and delivery options available at that address are shown straight away.
